3.2 — Deposit Limits
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.3 — Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Processing Time: 10–45 minutes

New members at bkd33 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
- The wagering requirement must be completed within a specified period after claiming the bonus.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If the conditions of any bonus are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.
4.2 — Other Promotions
bkd33 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer description. The general terms and conditions also apply to each promotion.
4.3 — Bonus Restrictions
If any user abuses the bonus system (for example: using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or harmful betting patterns), the bonus will be withdrawn from their account and the account may be closed if necessary.
VIP Program and Cashback
The bkd33 VIP program has five tiers. The benefits of each tier are described below:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
Progress through VIP tiers depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback amount is calculated based on eligible betting activity.
Note: bkd33 reserves the right to modify the benefits or terms of the VIP program at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any changes where possible.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
- Abusing bonuses or promotions
- Using computer programs, bots, or automated software
- Cheating, fraud, or system manipulation
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Collusion or coordinated betting with other users
- Assisting minors in operating an account
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
Service Suspension and Account Closure
7.1 — bkd33's Rights
bkd33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.
7.2 — User Rights
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, unless there are grounds for fund seizure.
7.3 — Service Disruption
The service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. In such cases bkd33 will not be liable for active bets or game sessions, but will endeavour to limit any losses as much as possible.
